休閒運動精進舞藝是愛好、也是興趣,又可以當運動,一舉數得呦! 我歌月徘徊丶我舞影凌亂。 請將脊椎骨/垂直線(中心線)拉成一直線【拉脊椎順序分別為:尾椎 腰椎 心椎 背椎 胸椎 肩椎 頸椎 頭椎】。

雖然是表演的「套舞」,可以「各跳各的」,然後「兜起來」嗎? 套舞是不是「更精緻的引導與跟隨」?心只有舞序, 充耳不聞樂, 難怪是業餘, 舞與樂分離。
