一個女舞者如何將舞跳好?如何有一些成就感?就一定要懂得自己的基本功、自己的身體運轉與交換、要清楚身高與體重的發揮、要知道自己與舞伴的位置與空間(不要跑位、錯位)、要懂得如何與男舞者互動~不能只靠肚子黏住或頂住,這樣反而破壞自己與舞伴的平衡~應該要想像二背肌往外延展、腦袋瓜頂著屋頂(身體像+字架)然後往自己肚子打一拳就會內縮的意念及想法~如此跳舞的空間應該會很大也較不會侵犯到對方的空間~且只有衣服接觸而不是擠來擠去或頂來頂去的共同完成舞蹈的動作! 謝謝~Mark Tele的分享!
A female dancer how to dance well? How have some sense of accomplishment? You must understand their basic skills, their physical functioning and exchange to play a clear height and weight, and to know their partner's position and space (do not post moves, dislocation), to know how to interact with the male dancer - not alone belly stick or stand up, so they undermine their own and partner's balance - should be extended to imagine two out of the back muscles, melon head against the roof (like + body-frame) and then a punch to his stomach will be retracted ideas and thoughts - so dancing space should be large also less likely to infringe on each other's space - and only on clothing but not jammed or the top go to the top together to complete dance moves!
